ABOUT CHARLIE WINKLER
Charlie Winkler, also known as Bobby Charles Winkler, is a pianist and vocalist born in 1938 with a passion for bringing joy through music. His musical journey has been diverse, starting with show groups to being a clinician for Yamaha Music. To National Sales Mgr. for Audio Technica microphones to VP Professional Products at Electro-Voice. After retiring he performed at Notre dame then moved to Florida where he joined Island Jazz on Sanibel Island. He especially enjoyed bringing happiness to seniors in retirement communities, hospitals and rehab centers playing his unique style of music ranging from timeless standards to '60s-'70s classics.
Charlie Winkler Music is dedicated to showcasing the heartfelt performances of Charlie Winkler. Charlie also loves playing timeless standards at restaurants and social events. Charlie now performs at the Rose & Ivy Restaurant and has been playing there since August 2025. The primary goal of the website is to attract more fans to the wonderful music of the last century.
